Emilia Glaser, LCMHCA

My name is Emilia Glaser. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A) in the state of North Carolina. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Master’s in Counseling. I am passionate about supporting individuals in navigating their world and everyday challenges. I approach each client with empathy, positive regard, and active listening. I believe that you are the expert in your life and we must work collaboratively to improve your well-being; thus, I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and constructive space for you to explore and grow. 

I have experience working with young adults, college-aged individuals, and adults. I have worked with clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including grief, life transitions, school or workplace burnout, relationship stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, and trauma-related concerns. I am passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and strive to be an affirming clinician. My theoretical approach includes Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. I also like to incorporate mindfulness and expressive art therapies into my work with clients.

Emilia’s private pay rate is $150 per session, and she accepts most BCBS and Aetna plans.
