I’m a licensed counselor with experience working with many individuals of various histories, ages, challenges, and outlooks on life. My main approach to therapy is Person-Centered, however, I feel that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is also rooted in everything that I do when partnering with clients.
My specialties are anxiety and depression, however, I also focus on helping individuals process through childhood traumas, repairing self-images, establishing self-love, redirecting anger, amongst other life concepts.
